Are you a BCITO Apprentice? Need help with your English at work and with course assessments?

Join our English for Building and Construction course and learn the language and skills you need to communicate well at work and through your apprenticeship.

Our online and classroom-based courses are designed for apprentices and employees in the building and construction industry.

  • Communicate better in the building and construction industry, and through BCITO assessments
  • Understand Kiwi workplace culture
  • Reading, writing and numeracy for work

Evening and weekend classes available.

English for Building and Construction courses are FREE for work visa holders on apprenticeships and all permanent residents and citizens.

You can join this course for BCITO apprentices with English Language Partners if you:

  • live in New Zealand
  • are a New Zealand Resident or Citizen OR if you are on a work visa and studying an apprenticeship funded by TEC (e.g. BCITO)
  • speak English as a second language
  • are 16 years or older and not attending school

We are not-for-profit, and all our courses are free or low cost for former refugees and migrants.
